two days...
A's boss gave us an awesome Christmas present yesterday- tickets to a coporate box for the second day of the Boxing Day cricket match. None of my friends understand how awesome this is. I never used to understand why people would watch cricket, it seemed so slow and boring- but I've discovered that the slowness is part of its charm. It's like an incredibly intense battle drawn out over three days with ample time for thinking and tactics. And it made so much more sense when A began explaining who everyone was and what their skills and personalities were. Cricket is fantastic and whats more I'll get to enjoy it from the comfort of the coporate box with free food and alcohol. Merry Christmas!
